Nfinit Life cycle Process(NfLiP), the project management methodology adopted at Nfinit Solutions is loosely based on the well known Fusebox Life cycle Process(FLiP)for managing web applications. The core idea of NfLiP is to actively involve the client at every stage of the application development. Using the visual representation techniques of wireframes and prototypes, client gets to see a mock up of the project, even before the coding is started.
